    Pros

    It was close to home, and the hours are great. If you have a family emergency, they were understanding, and would let the employees take the time to resolve it if needed. The tellers at the bank were a great team of people, but the managers require some work.

    Cons

    No recognition for a job well done. There was constant negativity from the managers, and not enough training for new hires. The older employees were often treated poorly, because it took longer for them to learn the technology that the bank constantly kept throwing at them. New rules and regulations were often not properly explained, leaving the employees to do a lot of guess-work.

    Advice to Management

    Deal with the problems within the bank, including resolving employee disputes with managers, more positive criticism.
