      Pros

Mosaic puts a lot of emphasis on their people. One of their founding principles is if they can keep their employees happy, the employees will keep their customers happy. They provide the tools you need to effectively do your job while also giving you significant autonomy. The work life balance is great for a consulting company, and the benefits they offer are very good for a company their size.

      Cons

It is contract work, so job security is dependent on the budget and health of the clients

      Senior Manager

I am hopeful I’ll get an offer soon. I have an upcoming 10-day trip in 2 months and am wondering when is the right time to bring it up/negotiate time off: When they send me the offer? If yes, do I tell HR or try to reach out to the manager? When I start the job? A few days after I start?
