A company that follows its values!

    Nov 14, 2022 - Editor

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Leadership at the company is very open to chatting with new employees. The company works to value the employees just as much as members.

    Cons

If you don’t like business being directly impacted by the market, you might now like it. I honestly don’t think that’s a big deal because as we are learning so many companies are greatly impacted by the economic condition.

    Great Company & Culture

    Oct 14, 2022 - Equity Research Analyst
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Great culture with lots of autonomy, trust in employees, and incredible work-life balance. Great benefits. Work-from-home store that covers a substantial portion of home-office costs. Transparency from management.

    Cons

Well-below industry average compensation. Good portion of compensation is equity based and has vesting/restrictions. Often change priorities and/ reorganize teams or the company as a whole. Marketing messaging tends to be aggressive which can turn off potential members from joining/staying with the company.

    Terrific Company, Dedicated Fools

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Overall the company is great, people are devoted to doing their job and doing it right, for the company and the people who are paying us for services.

    Cons

Can be a workaholic culture, people make requests at all hours of the day. With market headwinds people are getting grumpy.

Good work life balance but uncertain future

    Nov 3, 2022 - Manager
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Great work life balance Manageable work load Good culture and benefits Work from home

    Cons

No career growth opportunities Compensation is super low and they only give out equity that needs to vest instead of cost of living raises. So for people with families who need the money now, this is inconvenient Lots of re-orgs Poor business outlook due to macroeconomic factors Really annoyingly corny culture that seemed fun and exciting at first and is now stale and eye-roll inducing (think company huddles with campfire songs)
