Pros
My experience with N2 is doubtlessly amazing in terms of growth and thus learning new things. Actually it's a place of change and atmosphere of flexibility which is governed by excellence oriented. Joining N2 has enable me to take my goals and aspiration to the next level through the atmosphere of lucrative culture experience. Since the culture deck thus promote the ability to demonstrate work ethics with team work and at the same time flexibility. What distinguish N2 from other organization is being Christ Centered.
Cons
The nature of work is very time sensitive which could bring a little stress but at the same time it's fun. Defining my area of work which involves quality check with publication that get to my desk can not allow me to work in the home or remote unlike the designers and administration.

Pros
Unlimited income potential and flexible schedule. Management that cares about the people in the company, and the consistent improvements and incentives that exemplify that concern. For the past 31/2 years I have had the pleasure of owning my own business. The training and program that n2 publishing delivers has enabled me to learn the business and build a profitable publication. The networking and fellowship with n2 leaders and colleagues helps me to strengthen and grow my business, develop friendships and develop personally and professionally.
Cons
Autonomous daily work environment which demands a lot of self-discipline

Pros
This is one of the hardest sales jobs I've ever had, but also one of the most rewarding. I love that I'm my own boss and I can choose to work really hard when I want to, and take off some time here and there to spend with my family, especially in the summer. I love partnering with our clients and coming up with creative and fun ways to introduce them to the neighborhood. And lastly, I love the income potential this job offers. It's definitely challenging and hard work, but the rewards that come with hard work make it all worth it! Pros of working at N2? Being my own boss Working from home Having an amazing home office with lots of sales support and training tools Getting to meet great people in the neighborhood Helping grow our clients' business in the neighborhood Flexibility with job schedule
Cons
Sometimes it is difficult to work from home and have to be 100% accountable to yourself. I am so thankful there are so many great teammates that I have through N2 to help me stay accountable and to meet up with often in my city, so I don't feel like I'm working alone. The conference calls and touch points with leadership also help with accountability and feeling like I'm part of a team.

Pros
When I started working with N2; on day one, it was a complete breath of fresh air! I came from a working environment that was "every man for himself" and where teamwork was something not really spoken about or practiced. Day one for me...the complete opposite. I knew immediately that N2 was different and that the people genuinely cared about my growth and success! Fast forward 6 years and not much has changed! Sure we have more team members, more departments, a bigger office, and snake machines in the lounge, but what hasn't changed? Our people, our culture, and our mindset! For me, those are the 3 areas that are the most important because, while the product we produce is great and touches many people, if you don't have great people, the product will only take you so far! We have a great group that believe in having a strong culture...one that helps everyone grow to their fullest potential and reach whatever goals they have!!! For me the pros of working at N2 are endless!!! I could go on and on, but I want to really focus on one area of our culture: Function over Flash! Again, when I started with N2, my first day interviewing, I was a bit questionable. I couldn't even find where I was supposed to go until I happened to stumble on a 2" x 2" stick on the front of a pretty run down, glass front door! I was a bit skeptical at first thinking "what kind of business is this?" However, to my delight, I realized that this company isn't worry about how it looks...it's worried about how it runs! Now, this is a huge point of pride for me! I show up to the office almost every day, bigger now, but definitely not the fanciest and can't help but think that our building makes me want to work harder; making sure my focus is in the right place, rather than on fancy door knobs and a huge sign! People first...that's the pro of working with N2!
Cons
Honestly! This one is hard for me because I have such a deep sense of pride and trust in N2! It's hard to me to find anything wrong or any frustrations that I may run in to! The only thing I could potentially think of would be the relationships between our people in the field and our people in the Home Office! There are definitely times when we are treated like 'you work for me' rather than 'we work together'. While that happens, I do also realize that a large portion of building better relationships falls on the shoulders of us here at Home Office!

Pros
From day one my manager and coworkers mentored me and continued to encourage me to grow. N2 Publishing has official mentors for almost every employee, and every employee has the ability to walk down the hall and talk with the executive team when an issue is presented. There are few companies with over 1,000 employees that have this type of culture. With N2 Publishing work life balance is REAL. N2 just doesn't make empty promises they deliver what they promise. This is one of the best companies for an individual to be a part of.
Cons
The only con that I could possibly think of is as follows. When you are surrounded by the highest level of talent you push yourself harder than expected and longer than expected. After months of this you can become tired and worn. If you do not ask for time N2 expects you to be able to preform. But as I mentioned earlier work life balance exists here. So have the self awareness to ask for some time and rejuvenate.

Pros
Have countless resources to grow in design and professional development - for self, and assisting in developing the design team. Flexible hours. Required to be online between 9am-2pm, allowed to begin work between 6-9am. Work 1 day in the office, 4 days from home.
Cons
I wish it was a little more pay for the amount of work we do that doesn't qualify for overtime.

Pros
Takes a lot of hard work and self discipline but if you are a motivated individual who likes the flexibility of having your own schedule, this job is perfect for you.
Cons
Absolutely nothing bad to say about n2 publishing as a company. Their relationship marketing techniques work incredibly well and they treat their employees with the utmost respect.

Pros
Flexibility Unlimited growth potential Financially rewarding Personally rewarding This is one of the hardest sales jobs I've ever had, but also one of the most rewarding. I love that I'm my own boss and I can choose to work really hard when I want to, and take off some time here and there to travel and spend with my family. It's definitely challenging and hard work, but the rewards that come with hard work make it all worth it. N2 Publishing provides the perfect opportunity for me to manage my Work-Life Balance goals. I love owning my own business while enjoying the strong support system in place. Across the board, everyone within the organization consistently offers advice and encouragement simply because they want to see me attain my personal and professional goals. I am free to work whatever hours and whatever days suit my schedule. Without the pressure of a "boss" looking over my shoulder, I've been able to build a very successful business that still allows me to enjoy personal time with my family and friends. I feel blessed to have found this company.

Pros
The most important aspect of working with N2 Publishing is by far the CULTURE. It is very clear that this is the key to the growth and continued success of the brand! Pros: Flexibility, Business-Ownership, and the Unlimited Potential for growth
Cons
Flexibility - if you aren't self-motivated to work you will abuse the flexibility to your own detriment.

Pros
The opportunity to be a FULL TIME graphic designer in an awesome city. You can work from home 4 days a week if you choose or go into the office which has a great design studio. You are required to go into the office one day a week with your design team. Other designers are very helpful should you have any questions. Several outside work events offered in order to get to know coworkers (great for transplants). Most promotions are from within the company. Everyone is friendly and open. Very casual work environment but serious about the quality of their product. Fitness classes offered everyday. 2 weeks off for the Holidays. Free "lunch and learns" every month. Company socials every month. Matching contribution 401k, Health Insurance.
Cons
Deadlines a tough. Some 10-12hr days depending on speed and efficiency. Make sure you have a good understanding of Adobe Creative Design Suite (especially Indesign, and Illustrator). The less you know about these programs the slower you will work- which means you will work longer hours because the deadlines are the same for everyone. Some Area Directors are not as familiar with the printing industry and will supply lower quality images and files which make it harder to design. Some are not as organized as others either and this can slow down the process as well. Designing pubs and ads all the time can bet repetitive, but each pub and ad present its own set of challenges enough to keep your days interesting.
