I have been working at The Nature's Bounty Co. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I’m getting calls to interview

    Cons

Leadership Team - concerning when you start seeing the good ones leaving. We are all doomed now. I predict we will be left with the CEO s scapegoats. God help us all. Proof that as long as you kiss butt in this place you will be fine.

    Advice to Management

Sell soon please! Hopefully someone will start looking and talking to the good people leaving. At least 4 in recent months and I know 2-3 more coming. Very concerning.

The Jersey folks may want to stop insulting those of us that have were born and raised on Long Island. We all can’t be so lucky to come from the swamp. So insulting. Be professional You do have the titles after all. They barely come to the office now. But no we are not moving to Jersey. I guess everyone from LI is stupid

I have been working at The Nature's Bounty Co. full-time

    Pros

The team I work within collaborates well & is led by a fantastic leader. The company has a good work life balance. The work is interesting and you can make a difference

    Cons

Groups are insular & getting people to be open & honest is not always easy.

    Advice to Management

Look at why the people across the company are leaving & try to reduce turnover. It has hit very high levels in the last 2 months.

    Pros

Great company to work for. They really value the opinions of all there associates. Way more pros then cons working here.

    Cons

Too many meetings, Need to focus on getting orders out and not how the meetings are ran. HPS

    Advice to Management

Lets find ways to be more productive and efficient and stop focusing on HPS and how the DDS meetings are ran. Shipping orders is why we have a job.
