I worked at The Nature's Bounty Co. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fair pay, good team atmosphere, truly striving to be an HPO organization. Great PTO and extras.

    Cons

Far too many secret projects, meetings and disconnection between necessary teams. Very hard to get work done due to continuously shifting priorities. Some of the company's larger purchases and directional settings do not seem to align with the overall critical business needs required to grow past the current hurdle they are at.

    Advice to Management

You're going in the right direction, just work harder to reduce some of the excessive meetings, integrate R&D more into the process and

I worked at The Nature's Bounty Co. full-time

    Pros

Offer good benefits, and severance packages.

    Cons

This used to be a great place to work when it was family run but has gone downhill ever since private investors took over in 2010. In 2017, they decided that outsourcing jobs was the best way to go and have started with the IT department, it's only a matter of time before they start to do this throughout all departments in the company.

    Advice to Management

They need to reevaluate the upper management especially in the IT department, as all they seem to do is make one mistake after another and state that all is going good when in reality they don't even have a clue or care about the employees that are doing the work.
