I have been working at The NonProfit Times Publishing Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Not many. None to point out.

    Cons

You do not want to work here. Owner has no conception of sales cycle or building a business. Expectation is to sell even though it's mid-year and marketing budgets have long been allocated, or, advertiser's fiscal year has just started or yet to start. Go somewhere else. The owner is very repetitive (you will hear the same thing multiple times in the same conversation) and you'll be given the same accounts already given to the previous 10-12 reps. Good luck.
