    Interesting challenges, varied work day experiences

    Grossly underpaid for what I do. 10 years of research, 2 masters I make take home 1800 a month.

    Advice to Management

    Stop lowballing your research associates, PI's are grossly overpaid.

    Sometimes your assigned tasks that are either very boring or very fast paced, but if you're okay with that than its an easy job

    Large class sizes and a large school atmosphere make it somewhat challenging to get a food in the door.

    benefits are really great and has a lot of other perks to come with working at a university

    Cons

    you have to pay to park here which really sucks. no easy ladder to climb, it's almost encouraged to continuously apply to other jobs within OSU just for a promotion/salary increase.
