    Decent salary and benefits. Nice employer. Friendly environment.

    Parking isn't the greatest situation. Wanting us to park farther away can be a pain at times.

    I have been working at The Ohio State University part-time

    Pros

    Working for the Board Office has allowed me to gain several skills along with plenty of practice regarding attention to detail and trying to make a finished product that is without error. It allows plenty of flexibility along with opportunities

    Cons

    The work is sometimes monotonous as I mainly process diplomas or type out meeting minutes, but the opportunity is great.

    Advice to Management

    I would advise that we work on establishing the most efficient systems as possible for our jobs and implement that system the best we can
