    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Ok if you want to get into the Wine industry and learn about mediocre French wines.

    Cons

Management tends to give preferential treatment to french men and tends not to hold in very high regard american or female employees. Intimidation is the main motivator. Being scolded or belittled in front of others is quite the norm here. The pay is well below industry standards (well under 30k) and you are classified as a "part time" employee but are required to work 40 plus hours, travel overnight and NO health insurance or benefits are offered. There is absolutely no room to grow contrary to what is said in the interview. Your coworkers tend to be sponsored french college students with no relevent experience whatsover, who cant even SPEAK english with a visa, apartment, expenses worth several thousands of dollars. The products you sell are mediocre for french wines. They are not recognized and no established wholesaler in south florida will represent them. Dont expect to make ANY commission.

    Advice to Management

    Stick with duty free.
