    Flexible schedule, and was able to run my district how I saw fit.

    People are happy when they learn how and why job is expected like team working together when all are trained and on same page

    Cons

    Long hours, paid hourly hard to get over time unless you lose a person when people quit you have a lot to have to do to cover

    depending on the specific department you work for, you have great support from management

    Cons

    depending on the department you work for, some departments are back laid and relaxed, others are uptight and strict
