I have been working at The Peninsula Hotels full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great local and international functional and technical support, great guest and employee centric culture, amazing team mates

    Cons

A little expensive to live near work. Need to have an 'in the service of' mentality.

    Advice to Management

Keep expanding on your programs to prepare team members for advancement from within

I have been working at The Peninsula Hotels as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

The intern life at peninsula can be tough, its a lot of hard work, long hours, and there in a lot of unpredictability. No i am the person that likes change but you are not that its not for you. The can put you anywhere there is a need and you need to be flexible and patient thats all i can say.

    Cons

No visible appreciation for the interns, they don't even have appreciation for Intern of the quarter as they do for the employees. Make you feel as a second hand staff

    Advice to Management

Take care of your staff and acknowledge their success and hard work
