    Pros

The place is great for your resume, the employers are aware of it and exploit it. The product is great but the execution comes at a cost, human capital.

    Cons

Management is expected to work extra days for free and not get compensated with time off, the hotel is number one but does not treat its employees the same way.

    Advice to Management

Treat your managers a bit better, a better quality of life makes happy employees who produce a lot more. Managers do not need to be there past 50 hours. If you take an extra day out of my personal life then give it back to me when business allows it.
