I have been working at The Penn Club of New York full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Some customers are very nice and kind to the the employees. Complimentary meal provided to employees. Co-workers are friendly. Beautiful building to work in.

    Cons

No career advancement opportunities. Customers are highly educated but some are badly behaved, act spoilt/entitled, and speak condescendingly to employees which can be demoralizing. Cafeteria doesn't always have healthy food food options and often runs out if your lunch shift is later. Low pay.
