I have been working at The Phoenix Group full-time

    Pros

Many opportunities for entry level, self motivated individuals.

    Cons

Occasionally hot, but they supply refreshments, extra breaks, ice pops, etc.

I worked at The Phoenix Group as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

As with anyone else, you get paid on time. This is not unusual.

    Cons

NYC branch: They get rid of you and tell you they are eliminating the position or use an excuse that you are likely to buy, then instruct the location where you are working to say the same. It may be to get help who accepts a cheaper rate or perhaps they think it's a kind way to say good-bye. They don't return calls once you are gone. I wouldn't trust them. They want loyalty yet can't give it in return.

    Advice to Management

To thine own self be true.

    Pros

Co workers were great to work with. Most were like family.

    Cons

High turn over. Never know when you will be working your last day. Management has favorites. Ask for your review and they will try their hardest to find reasons to get rid of you or make excuses why you can't have it. Then get rid of you and tell you they are eliminating the position. They just find someone they can hire for cheaper.

    Advice to Management

Remember you are no better then your employees. Treat them like you want to be treated. If it wasn't for them, you wouldn't have a company. The way management talks to their employees is not right at all.
