I have been working at The Predictive Index full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

When it comes to pros, I could go on and on about how amazing PI is. I tell everyone about PI -- my family, friends, and network. Here are the pros I can think of at the moment:

    - Beautiful location (convenient to University Ave. in Westwood - stores and restaurants galore)
    - Easy access from major highways and back roads, as well as the MBTA commuter rail
    - Phenomenal benefits package
    - Bonus plan
    - Extremely competitive pay (above market)
    - Free food and drinks everywhere throughout the office
    - Unlimited opportunities to advance and be in your control of your career, as well as learning and personal development
    - Fun, social, and supportive culture
    - Great work/life balance
    - Free gym in the building
    - Many places to meet/socialize/take a breather
    - Swag
    - Up to date and top of the line technology

    Cons

PI moves quickly, and sometimes that can translate into simple miscommunications or missing details. Nothing to get worked up over, but something to keep in mind if moving fast isn't your work style.

    Advice to Management

Keep the amazing culture intact as we grow. It's easy to get distracted when you move quickly, but if that is kept in mind, we'll be just fine.

    Pros

Everyone wants to be happy and feel valued at work - PI is literally built around the concept of hiring the right people, for the right positions, to create a great culture where people are engaged and giving it their all. Incredibly smart people who are passionate about what they do and where the company is going. Lots of attention paid to ensuring that people fit the cultural values of the company. Very cool office - super accessible to the train for anyone coming from Boston.

    Cons

Not a con for me, but we work at a fast pace - you must be okay with jumping in and owning your own success.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work - excited to see what we can accomplish!

I have been working at The Predictive Index full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've never worked with such a smart and thoughtful group of people. This fun and high performing team has been created in a few ways:
    (1) We use our own products, only hire the best, and make sure the everyone is in a role where they can shine
    (2) The culture at the company enables us all to move fast and make big things happen
    (3) The leadership team is mission driven, 100% transparent, actually cares about every team member, and helps everyone be their best

    Cons

We move fast and that can create minor challenges. However, if you're flexible and can stay focused on the big picture you'll love it.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Cons

    Pros

Aspirational mission: Better Work, Better World

Willingness to challenge convention and try new things
Highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic team players
Experienced and aggressive leadership and director teams
Financial strength and data-driven, professional management

    Cons

Lean into the market opportunity as hard as possible - any organization that has people needs PI.

    Pros

I've been in sales for awhile and I've never worked at a company like this. You're not a number, you're a person. The upper management really really cares about you. We live and breathe our methodology of better work better world - meaning the company manages with the product they sell. They understand their people, what they need, who they are, and how to help them be most successful. It's a start up feel with big company experience, and a strong vision for the future.

    Cons

Too much free food I'm gaining weight

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing
