I have been working at The Ravens Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The only positive thing about this company is they pay on time. They have great contract vehicles but they are abusing them.

    Cons

No Corporate interest in employees. No Corporate concern about customer satisfaction. Demand employees falsify time accounting records. Don't pay promptly for employee incurred expenses. When employees express concern, they fire the employee. They demonstrate no interest in retaining highly qualified employees. The program manager they assigned to my contract is both unqualified and disinterested in creating any kind of loyalty to the company.

    Advice to Management

Decide your current contracts are important and get involved in developing a corporate culture that breeds loyalty. Pay your employees what they are worth. Make customer satisfaction a priority.
