    Pros

Pretty laid back environment people are nice & very dedicated to their work, they have very knowledge dietitians who are experts in their field

    Cons

Extremely Outdated, they need to listen to the people they hire and let them manage their departments instead they work against them & make things much harder than fhey have to be.

You hire people who have the knowledge to implement the changes you so despartely need, learn what you don't know.

    Pros

There are no pros for this job

    Cons

Catty environment with stuck up snobs who are all Facebook and snap chat all day. Training is a joke. Don't even waste your time. Employees all talk crap about each other when you walk away from the office. They fire people who have been there for years and hire "friends" of the staff who are lazy as hell

    Advice to Management

    Hire more professional people

I worked at The Renfrew Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Loved my time there- co-workers, patients etc. Many of my co-workers are still my closest friends. I had thorough training when I started and regular supervision. My manager was so kind and helped mentor me. I was there for many years and really feel like I became an expert. I hope to work there again later in my career.

    Cons

It was challenging when I was working with a patient who I knew needed treatment but was resistant to getting better.

    Advice to Management

I appreciate the effort that was made by Senior Staff to get to know the staff and that they knew all of our names. It may seem small but I haven't seen that at other companies.

    Cons

The same stress you would have working in any residential setting, the patients are in alot of emotional pain and that can be tough
