I worked at The Results Companies full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
Paycheck is all I can come up with
Cons
They keep people employed who come to work high. Noone has any self respect. The break rooms are always a disaster. Noone cares. They rush you through training, then give you little support on the call floor. They make you pay for your headset and company mug they make you take. One floor looks like a 3rd world country, carpet ripped up all throughout, smelled like a sewer, garbage everywhere. I could go on.
Advice to Management
If you respect your work place it would bring dividends. Support your workforce, dont throw them to the wolves then ignore their pleas for guidance.

Cons

I have been working at The Results Companies full-time
Pros
Close to home, a small wage
Cons
Decent trainers with knowledge, recruiters need to be more personable, HR managers have no idea what is really transpiring, Favortism and promotions to unqualified employees. Age/color and disability discriminatory situations with no knowledge or training.
Advice to Management
Bring in honesty back to the workplace. Professionalism is nonexistent. People persons with no discrimination or favorites. Bring out the degrees who are trained in people skills and much more
