  • But it's OK for supervisors and upper management to do drugs, even sell them, and go to jail over it and still have their jobs (in 8 reviews)

    Running very "lean and mean" - not enough resource to balance workload.

    Will need to get more resource in US to deal with Healthcare industry and HIPPA Regs

    Pros

    Flexible hours with approval, nice group of coworkers, and supervisors who are interested in company growth, goals and standards. Pay rate increase at start of 2nd year was generous.

    Cons

    Cleanliness an issue. Not enough natural light and very dry air flow system, regardless of the season. Building either too hot or too cold. Computer systems sometimes very unreliable.

    Advice to Management

    I had a great supervisor and project manager, but generally speaking, support your staff members, provide regular and open communication, follow up on issues and ideas, and make sure technology is well maintained to avoid issues during high call volume. All of these make everyone's day better.

    Pros

    The company has different sections to work in: Comcast, car services, etc. Some are more stressful than others. But overall, I love the trainings, the company, and my position. Its a great work environment with awesome leaders.

    Cons

    One of the duties is to do emergency assistance. You can be helping someone in danger or even dying. So if you have anxiety issues or can't handle too much pressure, this job may not be for you.

    They were nice and they will notice if you are excelling and will promote you. When i left they actually asked me to stay and offered me a part time position

    Non that i can think of they were a great company and i cant find anything that they have a con on.
