Poor management, lack of communication, poor systems in place for monitoring production. Some not so nice to work with. Antiquated accounting systems.

    Advice to Management

You need real-time data that isn't manually entered from spreadsheets and you need to know where your inventory is.

    Pros

    Benefits comparable to other companies.

    Cons

Political company driven by senior management unfamiliar with processes and set in their ways without a sense of reasoning. Cut throat business as they do not want change but insist that certain departments overly perform to make up for those that are not performing to their full potential.

    Advice to Management

Reevaluate the upper management to decide if they are a benefit or a threat to the company.
