Once proud to have worked here, now reflecting on the truth. Only work here at your absolute discretion.

    Pros

-Not everyone is bad at this company... the only ones who will betray you, leave you high and dry especially in right-to-work states, and do so without remorse are in specific high positions where they can terminate at their leisure without so much as a wish well in future endeavors even during a phone call. There are employees who perform their duties and actively try to help people, though it seems as though steadily they're being forced out or let go for no real or valid reason. -Decent benefits... if you stay and can withstand the cons.

    Cons

Where to begin... -Upper management (those above your supervisor) will not care about your mental well-being, your health, or any situation outside work, regardless of whatever it may be. -Training quality has dropped since my first year at this employer (only stayed for nearly 3 years before being unceremoniously terminated via phone call) -Lack of effective communication with employees: *includes behavior such as unannounced reskilling of agents including those not trained in specific fields, last-minute notifications of being moved to a new team or gate with mandatory training, etc. -Work and Home life balance does not exist. -Inconsistent OT/Mandatory OT/VTO - the latter is rare nowadays. Requesting it also marks one for reskilling if your request is denied in five seconds after making a request. -Quality of service... This one hurts to type as I genuinely enjoyed being able to help customers in need, even while the work could be stressful and dealing with rightfully furious/angry/frustrated customers, all while handling the mistakes that were permitted to slip through, and even while being asked to aid personally in cases mishandled for HOURS - making sure customers needing help the most does not appear to be the company's number one priority anymore. The claim of being a 'super hero' to the customer is a fallacy nowadays at this company they tout still. The primary concern they have are numbers on scorecards - how fast calls are handled. First-call resolution and customer care take far-back seat priority. -It has to be said, SPs relations were getting rough when I last worked here for unknown reasons; people/companies not getting paid for months on end and were even known to have a good track record for services rendered for customers in need - even those who went above and beyond in cases.
