      Change is common here in leadership, due to the innerworkings of TSA, therefore it is important to be able to adapt to change in this area

      Many dedicated to helping others and decent hours of operation

      Cons

      Loyal dedicated employees being pushed out the door while new hires with no experience are being hired at higher wages than those with 5 to 10 years of dedicated service are told raises are "on hold ".....Never experienced anything like it!
