      Freedom to operate as you see fit, alot of direct connection with clients and work with other agencies to establish policy

      Pros

      Glad they closed, meeting and building bonds with adolescent girls needing to have positive role models and supportive counselors available 24 hours a day.

      Cons

      No upper management support during crisis, lack of feedback when asking for additional training or assistance during emergencies, lack of skills training for clients to prevent meltdowns or provide safety for clients and staff in emergency situations.
