    Superior research and researchers, with clear institutional guidelines. Decent benefits package at each employment point.

    Cons

    Sub-par payment for most full-time employees (including Research Associates and Research Assistants). Location is VERY difficult to travel to and from during the work week.

    This really depends on the supervisor you are working with.
    For me, my supervisor is very friendly. I truly learned a lot from this place.

    Cons

    Salary not high. Working condition needs to be improved.

    Learning opportunity, great benefits and flexible hours. Beautiful campus, diverse community and respected institute. Friendly work environment for the most part.

    Cons

    Low salary. I can't afford to have my own one bedroom apartment. Located in the most expensive neighborhood. Parking is problematic and doesn't have some national holidays.

    Pay people what they deserve!

    The pay is low for such an expensive area to live in. Housing nearby is expensive, so will have to commute to find affordable housing.

    Pros

    Great collaborative environment, one of the biggest non-profit research institutions with fantastic faculty and world renowned scientific achievements in biology, chemistry and biomedical disciplines.

    Cons

    Really depends on the lab, many are very result oriented and high stakes/pressure, what you would expect from a top research institute.

    Keep it up!
