    Pros

Great coworkers. Students life staff are very supportive and do their best. Pay it’s ok ( not for all the work will be doing)

    Cons

Students don’t have any consequences for the behavior. The administration it’s all over the place and they don’t realize this place it’s a chaos. No support for teachers. If you have an emergency in your classroom have patient the nurse can take 20 minuets to come, at the end you will need to walk to her office. Very limited materials.

    Advice to Management

Change the administration, specially the principal and the high school principal assistant. The middle assistant principal it’s amazing doing his job and the teachers, parents and kids love him.
