Excellent working conditions. Good financial stability of the company.
Almost no room for growth and advancement. The focus of this firm is on their law practice. Despite having over 200 employees, the firm places almost no emphasis on their technology or the support of their technology. Substantial improvement could be achieved if the firm's management would be receptive to exploring how technology could be leveraged to improve the delivery of their legal services.
Advice to Management
Given the type of work being done there (law firm), i don't think there will ever be a focus on the tech side of things. Management should look for ways to keep tech staff motivated (i.e. allow tech staff to explore hardware/software improvements within certain specified parameters).
