    Pros

The company's background and history; the way they communicate with staff and clients, they remain pro-active and demonstrate care and compassion, with each member/client/family member~~ top notch service!!!

    Cons

Short-staffed at times, it's hard to find good, dependable people...however, they usually do.

    Pros

Good pay for someone right out of school

    Cons

Patients and caregivers stay frustrated at unreliable scheduling department... he said, she said type thing. Relief does not show up and scheduling does not call you to tell you until the very last minute, so if you have 2nd job or kids to pick up you are out of luck. Then they say you can't leave the patient that is abandonment of your position and you end up working till you are ready to drop. Says one thing - does another. Schedulers talk to you like you are beneath them and you are stupid. Right hand does not know what left hand is doing. Orientation videos are a joke. Looks like children filmed them. No up front information and does not tell you what you will make until after being hired. The nurse running the case do not answer the phone to help when needed and are no where in sight when you are left to work a double shift due to call outs. Acts like you are bothering them when you need them for questions on client and half the time they have to call you back (???). Policies only apply to certain employees and not all of them, How many times can someone call out of work and leave another nurse to work a double shift and not get into any trouble? How many times can someone be late to relieve the prior shift?
