    Fast-paced fun office

    Pros

Great work environment and friendly group of coworkers. Nice location in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. It feels rewarding to work at a medical practice where you can physically see how quality care positively impacts patients' lives. I think the doctors here are excellent and I've had good open communication with and feedback from management.

    Cons

Company functions and events are put on hold due to covid-19. Some positions require short travel. It's fast paced-- so take that as you will!

    Pros

They offer a nice benefits package and some of the doctors (ortho, pain management, anesthesiologist) are excellent. It is fairly easy to get time off

    Cons

this is a workers come mill and you essentially learn what to say to get surgeries approved and how to bill the most for patient visits. It felt wrong working here.

    DO NOT WORK HERE

    Pros

Most of the real people are cool, pay isn't so bad

    Cons

Managers are the absolute worst you can find. Lazy, entitled, spoiled, arrogant. Cannot lead, communicate, or follow through on anything (like that drug test I was supposed to take). They're in the main doctor's entourage and exist only to keep him happy--to detriment of literally everything else. They are a sad bunch.
