I have been working at The Syllogisteks Company full-time

    Pros

Great family environment to work in and incredible income potential. SyllogisTeks does a great job of balancing work and life and is as flexible a company as I have ever worked. You know they genuinely care about you as an employee and couldn't be happier!

    Cons

Upward mobility at times is hard to see, but could be seen as a positive result of the longevity of each employee. People don't leave good places that make employees feel special.

I have been working at The Syllogisteks Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Treat employees like family. Great work life balance. Great 401k plan. Generous PTO. Very low employee turnover. Co-workers are competent and always willing to offer assistance when asked. All things considered SyllogisTeks is a great place to be.

    Cons

I am reaching here but the company is very conservative and sometimes new ideas can be slow to implement.

    Pros

+ Presented me with several opportunities
+ Connected me with a client that I was able to really make a solid relationship with
+ Had a strong connection with me as a contractor
+ Worked hard to keep my contract when it seemed in jeapordy

    Cons

    - The only negative I can think of is that I saw some of the hires after me get placed at the client company I was with a little too ambitiously, and they didn't fit in. But as a contracting company, they're looking to get people working.

    Pros

The staff at Syllogisteks is excellent. They are very friendly and always professional. They visit regularly and stay in contact. if you have a concern they address it immediately. Their benefits are good especially the match on the 401K. Syllogisteks onboarding process is fast and easy. Syllogisteks knows how to make things happen for you on the job front. I would definitely recommend Syllogisteks to friends and family.

    Cons

I cannot think of any. I know there is always room for improvement with everything, but Syllogisteks is always improving in many ways and they have their processes down to perfection

I worked at The Syllogisteks Company full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Many to think of--a completely engaged staff, immense talent in placement, great benefits and an excellent online system to manage benefits and PTO.

    Cons

None that I can think of at all--SyllogisTeks is very engaged, and I would be happy to do business with them again

    Pros

Many open positions. You get to call yourself a consultant.(realize the client will treat you as such)

    Cons

Worst health insurance I've ever had. Very expensive with very high deductibles. As long as you realize they are only wanting to make a dollar off of you you should be fine. If you get the chance to make more money somewhere else take it.

    Advice to Management

I would give advise if you would listen, but why bother as you will not.

I worked at The Syllogisteks Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Staff is remarkably friendly and professional. They visit regularly and if you have a concern they address it immediately. Sales department is fantastic and would always find a great placement. I recently left a job from another consulting firm and they had me interviewed and into a new job within a week(Perm).

    Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything. Some people here mention health benefits being an issue but as I was younger and lucky while employed I didn't have any health issues. I did have eye surgery while employed there and the cafeteria plan saved me some cash.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

I have been working at The Syllogisteks Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

SyllogisTeks cares about its employees. The Account Managers/Recruiters often drop by to check on their consultants and sometimes buy lunch. On the first day, the Account Managers typically bring food to the client to celebrate the new consultant’s first day. One of the best Pros that I can think of is the matching 401K (50% matching on the 1st 6%) –FREE money. The office staff is always friendly and there does not seem to be much turnover in the back office (a rare occurrence in the consulting industry).

    Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work
