I worked at The Tasting Room full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The guests and some of the employees. For everything else see "advice to management" section below. Minimum 20 words on the pro side is nearly impossible.

    Cons

Owners are hot and cold, would rather terminate than admit their own short comings. As their bad decisions go, so do their guest counts.

    Advice to Management

Almost everyone not on the operations side of things (including the owner) do no approach the business the way experienced restaurateurs would. Too many chiefs, and they try and shift their focus more often then trying to gain traction with the last "great" idea. The guests that come in are FANTASTIC, and they will tell you exactly what's going wrong. Unfortunately, the company is more focused on shoving their ideas down everyone's throat instead of listening and making necessary adjustments.
