      Busy industry and good co-workers. Great manager.

      Cons

      All commission and perpetually short staffed. You need to be willing to spend days off to do good follow up.

      Pros

      As a manager you can make your own schedule for the most part.

      Cons

      Too many projects coming down the pipe at once. Pay is never as suggested. Too many reports to look at. They want you to move all the " levers" at once. You feel like you never can get caught up.

      Pros

      National Company so a lot of opportunities to grow; promote from within; no prior experience necessary; decent training; fun place to work; recently changed their hours so you can now have a good work/life balance

      Cons

      Training depends on the manager so it can be really great or poor; they recently redesigned their training program but I was already established so I cant speak to its efficacy; if its a new store customers can be few and far between so on commission only it can be difficult; if its a well established store you can be super busy open to close

      Management is terrible. Standing on feet, having to carry heavy tile, management never wants to call customers back.

      Good Products Lots of support Great Middle Management Store management advancment oppotunities

      Cons

      12 pounds of responsibilities in a 6-pound bag. The job is Inside Sale, Outside Sales, Inventory Management, and Custodian, all wrapped into one; all of which need to be done within the hours the store is open.
