I worked at The Toro Company full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great benefits and people in certain groups

    Cons

The Union employees are lazy and some disgusting appearances!! The company would show greater profit if they trimmed the fat in Product Development shop! people sitting around doing nothing and some can't even work to expectation for the job, let alone there pay!! Very disappointing that some still work there!! I know other company's wouldn't put up with this kind of personnel!

I worked at The Toro Company full-time

    Pros

You get to work with passionate, intelligent, loyal, hard-working people. Good access to marketing dollars

    Cons

Micromanagement by executive reviews Way to much focus on daily sales, meeting corporate targets More responsibilities than should be included in one role, basically act as a Marketing Manager and a Product Manager in a fast-paced retail world. Short-sighted, not very strategic Branding is all over the place Not very diverse
