I worked at The University of Alabama part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Enlarging of the engineering school, new building, excellent recreation centers

    Cons

Nee more support for research. In addition, the quality of the undergraduate is dropping due to the expansion of the university. Super-crowd on campus, take about 20-30 mins to get food in the Fergerson center. Parking fee is increasing every year.

    Advice to Management

Build more parking deck. Increase the quality of the students.
