I have been working at The University of Vermont Medical Center part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good culture, Benefits, convenient location, good reputation. This is the meaningless sentence that makes me reach my twenty word minimum.

    Cons

Not enough Parking, hierarchical in nature (doctors and nurses think that you're worthless), nutrition department is remedial, not many fulfilling jobs available - most are administrative paper-pushers

    Pros

Great benefits, pay and organization. This was by far the best job I have held in my career. I was happy to go to work every single day. Employees of this company care about patients, community and fellow co-workers.
