    - If you want more experience with a topic that's not normally in your daily tasks, just ask your supervisor and they do what they can to make sure you get the experience

    - can't think of any cons but the site makes you put 20 words here. UVMMC really is a great place to intern!

    Great employee benefits, friendly staff, overall sense of community. Hospital encourages you to continue to grow as a professional and promote lifelong learning for the benefit of the patient and staff. Many leadership opportunities. This is my first job out of college and I'm very proud to be working here.

    Parking situation could be an issue if you were just out of walking distance, but still in Burlington.

    Solid pay for the region, great benefits at low cost. Supportive colleagues and an opportunity to work with very intelligent people who are passionate about what they do and make a difference every day.

    Cons

    Large organization that can be slow moving. Leadership is open to making changes but it is a long and slow process.
