    Pros

    It is place with a small community where everyone knows one another.

    Cons

    I found no issues working and schooling at this place.

    I worked at The University of the West part-time

    Pros

    People are open, mindful. The area is nice. More Buddhistic atmosphere, but anyone is welcome. Salaries are normal, not high though.

    Cons

    majority are asians, if you do not speak Mandarin, would be not easy to communicate to everyone

    Advice to Management

    bring in more divorced people
