I worked at The Velvet Cloak full-time (More than a year)
I was offered a lot of overtime, but that is only because most of their employees wouldn't stick around for long. The Sales manager at the time tried her best to alleviate some of the negativity that the owners caused.
Not organized, deducted an hour for lunch everyday even if you did not take a lunch. The owners were extremely unfair and unwilling to listen to any suggestions often getting extremely upset and defensive.
Advice to Management
I would suggest improving your rooms, paying your employees fairly, and listening to employee feedback.
