    Pros

Great overview of what's going on across the sector in this geography

    Cons

Not really accomplishing the mission, as staffing is inadequate, and focus is on fund-raising and grants, not connecting volunteers with satisfying and meaningful opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Get back to basics; fix the infrastructure - - data, volunteer relationships and experiences, and internal alignment.
