    Pros

    Reasonably good pay and great health and dental benefits. They do not overwork you as long as you get your job done.

    Cons

    Unprofessional and disrespectful culture. No accountability for management's poor performance. Misogyny is overlooked and therefore accepted. Not inclusive nor diverse and the harassments toward women in the company is absurd.

    Pros

    Overall good company. Lots of good people. Good work/life balance given the nature of our industry. Good overall pay and benefits package.

    Cons

    Have to make sure you are a good fit with leadership within the business group that you work in. You could be great but if personalities clash it can be hard.
