    Pros

The office has plenty of space and room to take private phone calls. There's a gym and cafeteria on the first floor of the building. My co-workers and editors were friendly, open to connecting and willing to answer my questions.

    Cons

It's difficult staying on top of everything in a 24/7 news cycle

    Cons

Journalism pay, although not bad at the Post, in general does not compete well with other industries.
