Fun people to work with, diverse environmental projects
Cons
Not very diverse in hiring, lower pay despite high quality products, you have to be asked to join to opt in to employee shares and its not based on how long you've been there...very subjective
- Current Employee★★★★★
Great place to start your career or further your skill-set

The Watershed Company has been an excellent place to work. They offer competitive salary and benefits, and a caring, yet professional management structure. I feel I am always learning and growing, which can be hard to find. This company has a great staff and offers many perks that would be hard to find at a larger firm. I look forward to many more years at Watershed.
Cons
Some positions can fluctuate in schedule due to the seasonal nature of their job functions.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Collaborative environment supportive of employee development. Range of clients and projects. Competitive pay and benefits.
Cons
No complaints at this time
- Current Employee★★★★★
