    Pros

    Good pay
    Friendly Co-Workers
    Laid Back Environment

    Cons

    No Praise for hard work
Staff does not have passion for their work, and do not work hard
    Lack of communication
    Dirty
    Not well kept

    Advice to Management

I would say, the management needs to take better care of the facility, show some love, change the dress code (the gold suits dont work too well, we are not bellman at a hotel), push people to work harder

I have been working at The Westside Tennis and Fitness Club full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nine dollars an hour if you want to college. Free insurance if you work 40 hours a week. Also overtime is always available.

    Cons

There is no way to advance on pay you will always be making nine dollars an hour if you went to college.

    Advice to Management

Give at least 48 hours notice that we need to stay 24 hours for a event.

  6. "Good but could be way better"

    Star Star Star Star Star

    Pros

Flexible hours, easy going environment, friendly members and coworkers, cool experiences with the animals, can say you've never had a job like this.

    Cons

No room for advancement, working holidays (mandatory), pay raises have to be asked for, no communication between managers-staff, or between managers.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your staff more. They're the ones that keep the club to such high standards. They're the face of your company. Pay more attention the ones that stand out and give actual write ups for bad behaviors.
