community positive feedback location stimulating great colleagues and families
Not a lot of opportunity for advancement
-great work environment -getting to work with fun, intelligent people who help one another -strong sense of community -good communication among administration and teaching staff -getting to teach hard-working, focused, and polite students
-frequent meetings (sometimes too frequent) on similar topics -some students are excessively grade-driven (and less interested in learning the course material)
Advice to Management
-try to reduce the number and frequency of meetings, while keeping the strong sense of community that defines Winsor and makes it a great place to work.
