I worked at The Wonderful Company full-time

    Pros

The projects you can get put on are often interesting. The other people on the team and at the company tend to be pretty smart.

    Cons

But I didn't really like the culture. The company purports to be a champion of environmental and human health, but if you ever bring up sustainability you will be chastised or overlooked. Also, feedback was delayed, vague and therefore not very actionable.

    Advice to Management

Promote better culture of feedback. It's difficult for your people to improve without it. Feedback should be prompt and specific in order to be constructive and actionable. Also, don't sell potential employees on a false pretense of sustainability.
