I have been working at The Woodbridge Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Time & 1/2 over 8 hrs, double time on Sunday, triple pay on holidays. Work is fairly easy. Employees have become apathetic to problems & policies change on a weekly basis.

    Cons

Leadership has been with the company since inception and they have no new ideas. When given a new idea or solution to a problem it's not considered, especially if it cost the company money.

    Advice to Management

    Do your job as instructed.

I have been working at The Woodbridge Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

After 3 months you have benefits, as much overtime as you want, signing bonuses, raises, 401k via WellsFargo.

    Cons

Rarely get out on time, despite how fast you may move, if person A doesn't want to move fast it slows the whole line down. Lack of communication. What some entitled minded employees that if they don't get their way they pout and complain. 1st shift if they do not like you will try to get you fired. High turn over rate.

    Advice to Management

Weed out the slow people, the ones who do not want to work before we lose our contract aka our jobs due to not meeting the customers standards.
