    Great learning experience. Great atmosphere. The job really taught me how to become a manager.

    Technology for POS is extremely lacking. Your voice may not always be heard.

    A great place to work during high school, as you are paid decently and get to meet many other high school kids around the Woodlands area.

    Pros

    The leadership was very helpful and cares about instructors. Hours are flexible. The work is not hard to pick up if you are willing to try.

    Cons

    The hours were not a full block but instead in chunks throughout the day.

    The work environment is very calm majority of the time.

    Cons

    There are too many components to compiling meeting materials and the deadlines aren’t hard.

    I would advise to enforce hard deadlines.

    Co-workers are helpful, nice environment, great building (surroundings) to work in.

    Cons

    100 degree weather and having to be outside doing inspections, but that is the job. Nothing bad to say about management or employees I worked with.

    Benefits were good. Special event were great to assist. Iron man, 10 for Texas

    Leadership looked out for themselves. Not geared for delevoping employees

    They have a lot of money to work with and a lot of people as a customer base

    They do not really care about you at all and tend to ignore what would be best for you.
