I worked at The Woodlands Township full-time

    Pros

The staff at the woodlands township is very friendly and laid back.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

I worked at The Woodlands Township part-time

    Pros

The best quality about this job is the stress-free environment. You meet lots of new people, the duties aren't too complicated, the skills are very useful for future opportunities, and it makes you feel like you're doing good for the community.

    Cons

The incidents may vary, from emergency situations to petty issues, which you must contain. Never forget your ice water, sunscreen, and mosquito spray. Some pools are are in need of renovation.

    Advice to Management

Most of the guards in the township pools are kids aged from 16-19 years. Promoting more events and services to the people would potentially yield greater activity and profit.
