    Approves of CEO

I worked at The Woodlands Township part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pay is great. Everybody is very friendly, and if you are a big people person this is the job for you.

    Cons

A lot of driving involved, however you do get compensation for miles.

  2. "A relatively well-paying and incredibly flexible seasonal job. But the children, parents, and coworkers were annoying."

I worked at The Woodlands Township part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

-Regular raises ($0.50 per year) -Relatively high starting wages for a part-time job (for me it was $10/hr) -Not a very difficult job -Incredibly flexible hours/days -A very competent and agreeable Learn to Swim Coordinator (manager) -Approachable mid/upper level management -Plenty of options to fill (up to 40 hrs per week) or leave your schedule empty

    Cons

-Terrible co-workers -Penny-pinching mileage reimbursement -Long waits for reimbursement/paychecks -Children are frustrating (but that's just a personal problem I have) -Little-to-no upward mobility

    Advice to Management

Please don't keep bad employees. They're bad. Really.
