    Pros

Tremendous room for growth. They are quick to recognize your accomplishments and are really great about promoting from within. Offer opportunities to get involved in a variety of projects and don't force you to work in a silo like many other companies. Very smart team, and they really care about driving results for their clients.

    Cons

None. I have a young child and my boss was always understanding and flexible. Great work life balance.

    Advice to Management

None - Jordan Zimmerman is a truly great leader.

I have been working at The Zimmerman Agency full-time

    Pros

During my experience, I have had the opportunity to work hand on with some of the countries largest brands. Good job to build your analytical skills and ability to use data analysis, business intelligence and technical database skills to develop insights that drive business actions.

    Cons

No one goes out of their way to take an interest in you. The pay is extremely low for the amount of work you do. Little room to grow within the company. Work can be very tedious and mennonites and some may find it boarding.

    Advice to Management

Take more of an interest in the people working under you. Pay more attention on who is staying late and coming in early.
