I worked at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone was very professional and helpful

    Cons

When I was employed there, many of the employees moved to another building, so I lost contact with a lot of great people (I was outsourced to Thelen Reid)

    Advice to Management

I have no advice for Management

    Pros

The cultural diversity of Thelen was commendable, which made the work environment enjoyable. Thelen employees worked hard, had a lot of fun, but never compromised client relations or professional conduct. It was a great place to work, learn, and grow.

    Cons

The communication between upper management/attorneys and staff could have been better. For instance, simple requests of an attorney or upper management person was typically sent through a supervisor and a coordinator before a request or message reached its intended party, i.e., the staff person who would ultimately fill the request.

    Advice to Management

In 2008, the partnership at Thelen, Reid Brown, Raysman & Steiner dissolved after more than 50 years of practicing law. Unfortunately, the firm no longer exists.
