    I have been working at Theranos full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great company to work for.
    Very appreciative of employees who believe in the core mission of company and want to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
    Lots of opportunities and growth for hard working employees.

    Cons

    Too much free food everyday. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, holiday parties. Need to hit the Gym soon and lose these extra pounds I have acquired.

    Keep up the good work.

    A compelling mission statement
    Innovative technology
    There are some really smart people working here

    Cons

    There is a lack of leadership and too much micromanagement and fear based management
    Some managers will throw their subordinates under the bus to cover themselves
    Some fearful coworkers seem to habitually undermine their peers
    Disorganization

    Focus on leadership and the bigger picture of what were are all really here for
